SCARDS is a 501(c) non-profit organization serving the residents and charitable organizations of Sacramento County for over 25 years. SCARDS helps sponsor scholarships for the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Academy students, the Verhoeven Foundation Fund for fallen officers and their families, and numerous local charities.
